These terms explain the basic rules for using the marketplace, placing orders, managing seller accounts, and requesting replacements.
Terms Acceptance
Account creation, checkout, and other protected actions may require accepting the Terms and Conditions or related policies. If you bypass, manipulate, or avoid a required acceptance checkbox or consent step, you are responsible for the resulting account, order, or service issues, and the platform is not responsible for losses caused by that misuse.
Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification. Prices, taxes, discounts, and shipping charges are shown before checkout and may vary by product, seller, and delivery location.
Product Availability
Product availability depends on current stock. If a product becomes unavailable during checkout or payment verification, the order may be stopped or cancelled for that item.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may change because of courier delays, address issues, holidays, or events outside our control. Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details.
Replacement Policy
Returns are not available as a standard policy. Replacement requests may be accepted only when the order context supports the request. Requests must be submitted within the allowed window and must include a valid reason, product condition, and quantity. Approval depends on product eligibility, payment/order status, available evidence, seller review, and platform review where required.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must keep product details, stock levels, pricing, GST information, and dispatch status accurate. Seller accounts may be restricted for policy violations, inaccurate listings, or misuse of the platform.
Prohibited Use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, interfere with service operation, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms when platform features, business rules, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
